Balancing and adjustments of the heating system and radiators will be done to all radiators in each apartment.

Work is expected to begin during week 33 – 34.

It is very important that the contractor is guaranteed access to your apartment during this period. If the contractor does not get access to your apartment for the specified time, it will incur a cost to the Housing cooperative (Bostadsrättsföreningen)

In the event where access is not granted, a correction will be sent out which in may lead to termination of the apartment contract or a forced sale of the apartment.

More information and specific notification will be sent from the contractor (Indoor Energy) before the work begins.
